Microsoft will Stop Windows XP OS On Netbooks from Oct 2010
Microsoft a giant company has recently announced the ending of Windows XP OS on Netbooks from October 2010. Reportedly Microsoft has declared that from October 2010 none of the Netbook will have Windows XP Operating System and they need manufacturers to switch from Windows XP to Windows 7. All the manufacturers must need to introduce Windows 7 OS as a default OS on Netbooks.
Microsoft demands that (developers or designers) of Netbooks must install Windows 7 instead of Windows XP from 22nd October, and i think this is not exactly a surprise to manufacturers because many of them are already using Windows 7 OS for their netbooks. Microsoft also claims that around 81 percent of latest netbooks in the USA have Windows 7 as their primary Operating system, and July 13 2010 will be the end of further support for Windows XP , so there is no point of manufacturers to use Win XP anymore. Even i should now upgrade my netbook to Windows 7
