First of all open up the Chrome Browser and click on the Setting tab which is situated at the top right position , as you can see in the below picture,

Now in the Setting tab Navigate to the Options and click on it , then a new window will pop up , and just under the Basic tab  option you will be able to see three radio buttons and you must click on the radio button which prompt the message like : Restore the pages that were open last. - What you have to do first of all make a right click on any empty portion of your desktop and choose New Desktop Shortcut option.

- Now after selecting the above option copy and paste the below command in target panel.

C:WindowsSystem32taskkill.exe –f –im chrome.exe

- Now Give any suitable name to your own created shortcut and click on Finish the task.
