I think this can be happened lots of time with you in past that you worked on MS word and accidently closed word document or unexpectedly word document might closed without saving up your work  so at that time we just helpless. Well guys there is nothing to be worry about and still we have a solution for that and you can easily recover your Unsaved Word documents .

Follow up these steps :-

Jut  Go to  the option from Word Menu and open up Advance tab, here you can see different numbers of unchecked boxes, now what you have to just mark a check on Always create backup copy  and then Allow background saves so it will definitely assist you recover your files in a automatic way. Just note this please the backup of your all word files will be save with.wbk extension.

This is not end up here and you can also recover all files from temporary file locations, just open up these paths and recover your unsaved files .

* C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Word

* C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp
